Hi! I'm known as Elewys of Finchingefeld in the SCA (aka Karen, in real life...yeah, I know...I'm not THAT kind of Karen) and I have dabbled in a lot of fiber arts, but my real love is historic tablet weaving. I'm here to teach you how you, too, can create amazing historic tablet woven pieces, whether you are a beginner or very experienced! I also share some advise and trade secrets to make your experience easier and more enjoyable. You can watch the Weave Along videos in any order, but the idea was for beginners to start with easy patterns and work their way up to more complex patterns. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, or just drop me a note to say hello and share what you've been making. We're all friends here! If you want to show your appreciation for my work, I have a "tip jar" at https://ko-fi.com/elewys. Thank you very much for your support!

Currently the class is full but there is a waiting list. Please email wyewood.artsnsci at antir.org to get on the wait list and for details. After the class, around 3:30 until 6:00, there will be a drop-in inkle weaving clinic for those who need help setting up their loom or just need a refresher. While all the weaving is going on, there will be space to work on other projects, weaving or not, as you choose.
Tables are available and the cabana has padded folding chairs. That said, bring a comfortable chair if you think you will need one. There is a kitchen and a fridge, and an electric kettle will be made available; feel free to bring food or snacks.
