Greetings from Sara de Bonneville

I have received permission from Their Excellencies Wyewood and our good
Seneschal to start up dance practice for Wyewood. We'll be trying the
3rd Thursday of the month for March and April, and see how it goes.

So, I know this is late notice, but TOMORROW, March 17 (Happy St
Patrick's Day) from 7 PM to 9PM at my home.

If you are interested, email (sbonnevi at wamail.net) or phone
(253-905-1483) and I will send you directions. Guest parking is
limited, so carpool if you are able.

As with neighboring Porte de l'Eau (practice 1st Thursday of each
month), we will be doing a variety of English, French, and Italian
dances that date from about 1450 to 1651. We pick the dances each
evening based on the interests and abilities of those who attend.
Newcomers are always welcome. Most of us will be in modern clothes and
comfortable shoes (preferable not rubber-soles), but garb is always
welcome. Some dancers from nearby branches may be joining us, and I
have heard a rumor of serjeantly candidates who are seeking to expand
their dance knowledge.

Our Seneschal has informed us that sign-in for contact tracing is no
longer necessary, and King County rules are that masks are optional.
However ... if you feel would like to continue to wear a mask, please
feel free to do so. As I will be doing a lot of talking, I will wear a
mask so that those who may be cautious can feel more comfortable.

Also, there are cats, that seem to be shedding a metric-ton right now,
in case anyone has allergies.

An important note from the SCA: Although the SCA complies with all
applicable laws to ensure the health and safety of our event
participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious
diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person
events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You
agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety
and those under your control as you believe to be necessary.

Maestra Sara de Bonneville, OL
