Ha! We're going to check it out Saturday. If anyone wants to join us we'll be at Mod Pizza at 1pm, then the archery place after. The weather report looks too cold to try shooting outside on Saturday!Cheers,Vashti/MeganDonatello/MikeSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Hello Wyewood --Bet you thing I'm writing to talk about dance ... wrong!I thought I would write to the email list about an indoor Archery Range that I stumbled across in Auburn last weekend. It's called Orion Archery, and they are an indoor 20 yd range that you can pay to use at a rate of $12.00 per person (daily door fee). Bring your own targets, or you can buy a target for $1. If you really want to shoot, and the weather is not cooperating, this is an option. I have not shot there, so I have no information on the quality of the experience. The person manning the counter and the person shooting when I dropped in both seemed friendly. It is located on Auburn Way (which starts out as Central Ave in Kent), a bit south of the Subaru dealership.Should not have to say, but will anyway. Any shooting you do there would not be an official SCA practice, so you cannot post scores ... well you can't anyway since 20 yards only. Strictly practice at 20 yards, speed rounds, sighting-in new bows, etc.Timme ... do you know this place?
