[Wyewood] Call for Gate Volunteers - Twelfth Night 2022

 Greetings unto the populace of the Baronies of Wyewood and Madrone,  

Twelfth Night 2022 will soon be here and it's time to start gathering volunteers to help with Gate.  Due to the plague upon our lands, we need folks for gate as well as for vaccine checks and contact tracing (pre-reg confirmation).  
We ask that anyone who is able please volunteer to help your Barony host this event.  Gate is a great way to reconnect with friends that you may not have seen in person for a long while.  
Please email Symonne d'Aywaille (symonne88 at gmail.com) if you are interested in helping.  She will reach out to you to find a time that works best for you.  There will be gate shifts starting on Friday afternoon through Saturday until court, with each shift planned for two hours if possible.  As the event schedule firms up, we will notify you as to start / stop hours daily.  Please be aware that for volunteers handling monies at gate, those volunteers must have current SCA membership.
