Request for permission to add new signers to bank account has been submitted to Kingdom Exchequer, to be forwarded for approval to corporate. It’s a new process.
I am looking forward to stepping down from the office. It is not an onerous job, and not actually very time consuming (keep that in mind if you are looking for a way to support your barony … exchequer job is not hard). I am just really, tired right now. It has been my pleasure and my honor to serve the Barony of Wyewood in this fashion. Thank you for the opportunity to serve.
Arts & Sciences (HL Sofia de Toledo)
A&S activities in February continue to be slow.
Lady Vashti came to the FCS prepared to support banner painting, however there were no interested parties. Planning on having a set of classes in April.
HL Aurora has held two Sewing Nights, with 4 (total) participants.
There was a culinary day, for consideration of the proposed menu for the Feast of St Bubba. This was attended by HE Aline, HL Symonne, Lady Petronella, and (briefly) by Peregrina. The menu was submitted to Master Rauthulfr on the 17th.
Chamberlain (Lord Rasmus Ravnsson)
Nothing to report at this time.
Chatelaine (vacant)
Position still open, looking for applications
Chronicler (Hafpora Kristna)
First newsletter of the year will be published by the 29th of February. Still looking for contributions to future issues. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to do so. Look out for our new segment of “Bites with the Baroness”
Family Activities Coordinator (HL Aurora Prindel)
Not present
Herald (Friderich von Werla)
Antonio (Ian Mosely) got his device and name passed. Badge was rejected and will be re-submitted once a better drawing is done. Baroness Aline talked about Heraldic wills, in that if you were to pass away for any reason you can leave your wishes on what to do with your Heraldry.
Marshal: Archery (Arcos Tymme Lytefellow)
Nothing new. The range has dried out. Some ropes were replaced. We may need some new tarps soon.
Our thanks to Master Rauthulfr for the target cardboard.
Saturday, weather permitting, is Cupid Gets the Shaft/Leap Year combined novelty shoots. I have made 13 Cupid-sized prize arrows. Marguerite and Debora are running the novelty shoots. We will have regular targets also for those who want to work on scores or aren't interested in shooting the novelties.
It's time to rebuild a target header or footer or 2 or more...The best thing to use for that is hot tub covers, so if you hear of any that aren't all broken up, we might be able to use it. I might have enough at the house still. I will need to arrange a workday at the range and at the house to see what we can get done.
Marshal: Rapier (Arcos Dearbhail inghean Donnchaid)
Was not present but sent in her report to be read:
We continue to have practices, and everyone has been good about NOT creating more paperwork. We have been getting 4 or 5 people consistently. We had out of Kingdom guests the weekend before last as they were on their way to a training course in Vancouver BC.
Marshal: Safety (HL Donatello Asino)
Nothing to report at this time
Scribe (Lord Mikial Aldrich)
Mainly that we are getting going again. Also, will be planning classes starting in April. Starting on March 4th, we will be having scribal night at the Kent library. We will be meeting up at 7:30 and going until 9ish. Was determined that classed/social would be every other Wednesday starting the first Wednesday of the month.
Social Media Officer (Arcos Avine de Hert)
There is little to report. Things have mostly been quiet. No real problems. No new FB events made.
Made more events on FB for FCS and Business meeting
Webster (Lord Geoffrey of the Reeds)
Nothing new or issues to report. Will work with the chronicler about getting the business meeting minutes poste to the website.
Baron and Baroness (Alarich Von Thorn, Aline Swynbroke)

Last call for Award Recommendations Specifically for St. Bubba’s- by March 6th. Recommendations received after that will be considered for future Wyewood events such as Day of Archery or Champions.
