[Wyewood] Wyewood We Wait? Still Needs Volunteers

Greetings!

The Wyewood We Wait? virtual event is coming together! It is planned for
Saturday, August 15 via Zoom. Classes are being scheduled from 4-6 and
social time from 7-10.

A Baronial Zoom account is in process that we can use, but we still need
hosts. No personal Zoom account is required and training is provided. We
need these lined up in advance so we can move forward. Unfortunately, this
is not a position you can volunteer for on-site - we have to coordinate in
advance.

We need:
--2-4 Technical Hosts - monitor waiting room and chat
--An experienced member to co-host our Newbie Happy Hour
--Social and Technical hosts for 2 open one-hour slots. You pick the theme
of the room.
