[Wyewood] Feast of St. Bubba Refund Checks - 2nd Request

Lords and Ladies Pray Attend!
As Exchequer, I would greatly love to refund money to our populace who pre-registered for the Feast of St. Bubba. If you would like to be included in the first round of checks, please follow the instructions in the email below by noon Wednesday.
As mentioned by Robert Trinitie in the comments on the original Facebook post, if you desire to donate your refund to the general budget for the Barony, please email me with those explicit instructions and I can also make that happen.
Any requests received after noon Wednesday may not be refunded until late September when a second round of checks will be completed. This delay is due to the difficulty of obtaining a second signer in our present circumstances. Thank you for your help with this.

Due to the cancellation of events through January 31, we need to issue refunds for the Feast of St. Bubba. When the in-person event is rescheduled, pre-registration will begin again.

If you pre-registered for the Feast of St. Bubba, I need you to please respond to this email with:

  *   Who was registered under your name
  *   Name that should be on the check
  *   Mailing address
  *   Email and phone for questions

If you are not sure you pre-registered, please also feel free to respond and I'll confirm.

Please contact me by the end of September. With the current situation, getting a second signer is difficult and it would be best if we can avoid multiple batches.
