I appreciate your full explanation and clear communication :)
I agree with your insights and will let the process continue without getting involved.
Just appreciative of the hard work you and those involved will be doing - editing, wording, redrafting and printing - takes time and effort... and perhaps chocolate cheesecake ;)
I will make an addition to the business meeting notes (for this month) so it will be documented about customary work.
If I can request, as the Chronicler, that someone from the team, can report updates to the populace at monthly business mtg so we can publish/document in minutes.
