[Wyewood] Proposed event: Day of Archery

Baron Evrard and I are working on putting together an event bid for a
fee-free day of archery at the range.  

 

The proposed date would be Aug 17, 2019.  An EIF was submitted to reserve
the date.

 

This does not leave the available amount of time required in the customary,
and so I ask the populace if you are ok with this event being rushed through
the process faster than the customary allows for.

 

The quick basics are that we are looking at no gate fee, providing 1 biffy
for the day, encouraging donations to help cover costs, and have IKAC,
IKCAC, SSAC, possibly other novelties, and some classes.
