*Exchequer Report – Sara* (Sara Bonneville)
Looking for a deputy to train. For our coffers, we have $18955.
December – March 31, we are down from last year due to snow.
Storage Rent is raising September 1st = $190 mo
Report is due July 31st to Kingdom
*A & S Report – Sofia* (Linda Hosea)
Slight backstep, there was a Culinary conversation held on the 29th of May,
discussion on how to proceed. Those in attendance (I think 5 formally, and
2 additional observers), agreed with a proposal to spend the next bit
investigating what foods and procedures are particular to our persona time
and place. We will then use that to investigate differences.
Due to whatever, only Sofia showed up for A&S Support (had suspected as
much, but wanted to ensure no one else showed up without a welcome at
hand!).
HL Aurora has expanded the “sewing night” format to be “Sewing and Scribal
Project Night.” There were 15 there on the first evening, and 12 on the
second… Her plan forward is 2nd and 4th Mondays. Also via HL Aurora, HE
Alessandra is planning scribal activities on the 1st and 3rd Mondays! Wow!
In August.
There was no dance event in the Barony this month – most were in Texas for
a Known World Dance event…Sara says it was awesome!
Events/Activities to come:
FCS program for July: In addition to poll collections we will be looking
forward…HL Adrianna will be helping us “jump start” some pomp and pageantry
for Wyewood
Fiber/A&S Support night: Not in July…
Dance Classes: July 18th – Thursday ** Please more Wyewoodians
come and dance!
Sewing and Scribal Nights: 2nd and 4th Mondays. Watch for posts.
Culinary: No formal/cooking activity until fall (maybe
something on July 14, will be announced…)
*Apprentice Challenge – Team Wyewood! *From team leader HL Aline, super
proud of everyone – thank you for all your efforts. Will know more
regarding results of challenge, even though Wyewood was, we believe the
only participants/team.
*Herald/Pursuivant Report – Alarich* (Peter von Groote)
Here to help. Working on submissions. Eric Lamb now has a name Fedrick.
Let’s get ready to pump up the heraldry – especially for Champions.
*Archery Report – Tymme* (Tim Geyer)
** Office seeking applicants for Chief Archer
Archery is still happening. We have sold 3 sets of Suzanne St. Charles
donated arrows, bringing in $190.00. It might be time for me to order more
target covers to repair the Bulldogs.
Attendance has increased a bit lately.
We are still having Wed practices.
July 4th Practice – everyone is welcome – community potluck
Starts at 10 – hope to see as many people as we can.
*Thrown Weapons – Geoffrey* (Jeff Reeds)
Range is reset and open!
*Rapier Report – Dearbhail* (Debbie Kassens)
We have been having practice when events do not conflict. We have had
between three and five adults and one child showed up for the Monthly youth
practice hosted by the Kingdom Youth Rapier Officer.
Everyone has been playing nicely and have not generated any additional
paperwork.
*Baronial Marshal – Donatello *(Mike Freeman)
No official Wyewood practice/no heavies.
All is good.
*Chatelaine – Gabri* (Heather Lazzaretti)
New cards to be made.
Looking to do a demo at Game Shop in Kent
Thank you for keep welcoming new people.

July 12th is polling for our next baronage. If you plan to vote, you must
have your membership card with you.
Encourage anyone to go tot Antir West War
Congratulations to Jamesredbeard of Wyewood getting his Goutte!
Excited for both elevations – Baroness Alessandra (July Coronation) see
Aline for help. Then Donatello to Master of Defense at September Crown –
see Master Martyn
Wyewood Champions is August 3rd – Their Majesties will be there and the
baronial change over will occur. Please send in any award recommendations.
*Future Events and other Business*
Wyewood Customary – Team to meet soon, meeting date to be determined, any
one is invited to attend.
*June Faire Recap *over 3,000 people at the Modern Gate for June Faire.
Wyewoodians were also at the Archery field, Chatelaine's booth, and the
rapier field.
Our own Gallant, Don Donatello Asino was called in front of Their Majesties
and placed on vigil for entrance into the Order of Defense!
Not enough volunteers came forward to help at gate, so not enough to give
breaks/or gate helpers had to stay all day – but they where troopers and
efforts were appreciated. Due to low gate helpers, next year we will pass
on Gate help for June Faire.
