[Wyewood] Day of Archery - Exchequer-y things

I've been told to be "on call" for work again this weekend, so I might 
not be able to attend the event.

So --- whoever is doing gate (yes, even a -0- fee event has to have a 
gate for waivers and such) ...
anyway, whoever is doing gate will need to make arrangements to pick-up 
the gate boxes from me one night this week.

I will be at dance practice (Valley View library) on Thursday night.  If 
you contact me before-hand, I will bring the boxes.  Otherwise, you will 
have to come to the house.

If I am stuck at work, Autocrat/Event Steward to take charge of gate 
proceeds (donations, etc.) until they can be reconciled with me (maybe 
Sunday?)
