[Wyewood] Updated Arts Unframed Lunch Menu and Ingredients

With the caveat that all cooking has not yet occurred, so there could be some subtle changes, the following is the semi-final Lunch menu and ingredients for Arts Unframed:
Tharida with Chicken and Swiss Chard
Chicken broth with chicken meat, flavored with coriander, cumin, long pepper, black pepper, star anise, stick cinnamon, cloves bay leaves and onions, with Swiss Chard served over bits of flat bread or semolina bread (GF flat bread will be available)
Soup of Fava Beans and Lentils, with Black Cardamom
Fava beans and lentils, onions black cardamom, cumin, coriander, green cardamom, cinnamon (and maybe preserved lemon)
Salad of Winter Greens with Herbs
Kale, chard, and spinach with parsley, pomegranate syrup, cider vinegar, and olive oil, grains of paradise
Breads: Pa de Casa, Multigrain and Seeded
Gluten Free Seeded Bread
Spiced and Herbed Yogurt Cheese (Also some Plain Yogurt Cheese)
Farmer’s cheese with parsley, mint cumin and coriander
Compote of Fall Fruits
Apples, pears, figs, dates, dried apricots, raisins, hazelnuts, must (reduced wine) cinnamon and spikenard
