accepted for Wyewood’s Bags, made by Ritter         Heinrich and Lady
Constantia.  (If populace would like some, they are at a stage that needs
to be assembled)
                                                Ÿ A special note:  In our
Barony coffers, funds should last about 3 years.  We should start looking
at Kingdom Events to continue growth.  Learn, help volunteer, shadow other
kingdom event stewards, etc.

*Arts and Sciences            *Ÿ *Accepting applications for this required
office.*

Tabytha, about 4 people in attendance.
                                           Ÿ Basic Marshaling class was on 9
th and 11 people attended, thank you Althaia
                                           Ÿ April 13th, Chocolate Class!

Ÿ Since taking office, getting acquainted and have interacted with
several  individuals
who are very interested in what we do.  Facebook has been a low-key great
tool to connect with folks.
                                    Ÿ Received a different type of request
similar to a demo.  It seemed to be more of costume/party/theatrical (skit)
event that is not related to SCA, As a group, we declined but if anyone
wants to do this on a personal level, please contact Tabytha.  (not a
sanctioned SCA demo)
                                            Ÿ Put in a request for
Barony/Chatelaine Business Cards since cards in Chatelaine box say Shire on
them still, approved (est cost $20)
Regarding Demos – If anyone has done Renton River Days, would like feed
back.  ( Or other demos.)

*Chronicler*      *Emma*                      Ÿ First newsletter is done.  Will
leave out copies of Crier & Newsletter to share.
                                  Ÿ Would like to address populace
regarding event re-caps to put in Newsletter,
                                               pictures, quotes, etc within
posted social media.

*Rasmus                *                Ÿ The Viking was not in attendance,
rumors has it that he was counting the storage unit, but no official ideas
were given.



*Archery*  *and Thrown Weapons*

Ÿ Archery continues to happen.

  Ÿ Last weekend we had around 15 people show up for archery and thrown
                      weapons range maintenance, and then reset the archery
range.
                                             Ÿ We are starting to see
increased attendance with the better weather.
                                                Ÿ Had a lot of volunteers
help with new targets and supplies
                                                Ÿ I will still need to get
some rope for holding the tarps on.
                                                Ÿ All medallions from last
season have been handed out except for Wulfwyn’s

 Ÿ Not able to attend meeting, but Thown Weapons is still happening and
                                              awesome.

*Webminister*                     Ÿ Not able to attend meeting, he was
dealing with the plague.

*Rapier  **Martyn *                               Ÿ Had an amazing turn out
last weekend.  9 fighters.  4 visitors, 4 regulars
                               and 1 newish guy.
                                                Ÿ *Accepting applications*.
*Note:* This is not a required office, but since we do           host a
rapier practice, we need someone handling getting the waiver signed and
                                              sent into the Kingdom deputy.
Donatello will fill in for him, he has loaner gear.

Ÿ The Baroness was tending to her lands and unable to attend meeting.
Ÿ Kingdom A&S was a great event. The Queen’s Rapier Championship was held
here the first time which was exciting to see.
Ÿ His Excellency to attend the Madrone’s Baronial A&S and Bardic
Ÿ Her Excellecey to attend Baroness War! April 6th- 8th ..A call to arms
for a friendly competition in the skills of war!

to the populace within the next two weeks
