* Minutes from February Business Meeting February 23rd, 2018*

7:18pm – 8:14pm

Lady Liadain conducted meeting
Their Excellencies, Baron Evrard & Baroness Alessandra were in attendance
Number of Attendees:  about 22 gentles

Kingdom is changing to Office 365.  At this time, not enough information.
Webster is awesome, thank you to Milord Geoffrey.  Nothing to report on
Youth and Family.

* Exchequer Report – Mistress Sara*

Still finding forms and getting things organized.
Reconciled pre-reg/gate sheets from Feast of St. Bubba’s shows 99 adults
and 10 youth/children for the event, although that number includes
approximately 3 pre-registered adults that did not attend.
Dessert auction and lunch brought in together $408.82 and Gate $415
NMR fee going out to kingdom in the amount of $105

*Note to the populace:*  Time to think ahead! 2017 was awesome due to
proceeds from a Kingdom level event.  Usually that is 3 years in our
coffers.  Think about another kingdom level event Wyewood can do! This is a
perfect time to learn from others to put on a great event!

*Herald – Lady Avine*

One on one consulting is still happening.

We have a great event and had awesome people step up to herald court.
Awards granted have been added to the Order of Precedence.  The court
report from St. Bubba’s Feast was posted.



*A&S – Lady Constantia *A&S continues, no injuries (that have been
reported).

Fiber Night had 11ppl, A&S class “Favors” by Countess Aryana Silknfyre
attended by approx. 10ppl,

Music happened at Feast of St. Bubba,

Several A&S things happened at Feast of St. Bubba- Culinary, classes,
brewing, chocolate, Etc.…. see report for event

Next class for FCS March 9th “Basic Marshaling” by Maestra Althaia starting
at 7pm.

April FCS “What Is That Pointy Hat?” by Lady Constantia in der Lachun


* Chamberlain – Lord Rasmus*

All things returned to storage unit besides some odds and ends.
Need 2-3 big storage bins/tubs for armorial bases.  Gold Key has an extra
bin.
Need Baronial poles -conduit, ratchets. (Lady Liadain may have some)
9 more baronial bases to build.


*Chatelaine - *Our New Chatelaine *Lady Tabytha Morgan (Tabby)*

We thank Master Mir and Mikel for applying for this Officer position.

*Chronicler Report – Lady Emma *

Gathering and working on information for Newsletter/Wye's Mouth.

Goal is to have Newsletter to be available March 9th.



*Rapier – Warder Martyn*

We have had about normal, to really great turn outs at practice.  2 brand
new fighters showed up last practice to which we had 8 fighters.  I have
about 6 new fighters floating around out there and 4 regulars still.
Overall great attendance improvements.

Martyn presented a bid proposal for new cloak for Rapier Champion.

Attending Kingdom A&S – Queen’s Rapier Championship

*Archery – Lord Tymme*

Archery – still happening.  Well attended last practice with 17 people.
Haven’t had time to get rope or a replacement tarp or 2.

Wulfwyn Aethelwulfsdottir ran Cupid Gets the Shaft.  There was a prize,
which went to Dearbhail.

We may need to move the range around a bit.  I have a Jr. TAM who needs
experience with range setup.



Top 10 medallions were handed out at Feast of St. Bubba to those who were
present (all but 1 person).

A big thank you to the populace for coming to the event.  It was such a
great event.
Honor to give out awards.  Chivalry was good.  At St. Bubba’s there was
always something to do throughout the event.

Championship
March 2-4th

*Events and Other Buisness*

St. Bubba’s Feast … Event Steward Gwir
Lovely event - 106 attendance.
With activities  - 6 participants in Rapier, 27 in Classes
22 in A&S, 3 participants in Competition.
** Please fill out an Event Questionnaire, sent to the Wyewood email list.
The intention of this questionnaire is to get feedback about the event
activities, location, staff, etc. such that the populace can be better
served in the future. These responses are anonymous and will be seen by the
Seneschal. They will then be consolidated and sent to Their Excellencies,
the Event Steward, and (as needed) the Officers.
