[Wyewood] Help needed with chocolate class prep!

Many people are aware that I am teaching a class on making chocolate at the Feast of St. Bubba. Less well known is that the chocolate will take about ten hours of prep. I'll discuss and demonstrate the steps at the feast, but having any finished product to demonstrate is going to take a several hours of prep time.

I have a request. On Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday afternoon & early evening next week, does someone have a dependable oven and working space for two kitchenaids? In return, you'll get to learn a heck of a lot about chocolate, it's history, and how it is made.
