Hey, folks --


I know a number of your are wondering about notifications about your
heraldry submissions.


I'm writing to let you know that due to a technical issue on the SCA Corp
server used for heraldry submissions, email notifications (which come from
that server) are currently not able to be generated.


Apologies: this is an issue we only noticed a short while ago. I've reported
it to the Laurel Sovereign, who has in turn conversed with IT.


This is NOT an issue unique to An Tir.


I've discussed the matter with Lions Blood, and we are working on a more
manual workaround. Not ideal, and given the volume of submissions likely to
prove a bit of a slog for our notifications deputy. Please be patient and
responsive: responding to a notification email saves us the time, effort,
and expense of doing this on paper.
