[Wyewood] Emprise Camping

Greetings villagers of Wyewood, heed my words.  I, Rasmus, am hereby volunteering myself to wrangle, coordinate the Wyewood encampment for Emprise of the Black Lion XVI this year.  However, you cannot just send me your dimensions needed, you must preregister through the Emprise site here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf58E-yx9gwIyoU5v4C91c2tyEJm_8zIf9jcMOId-m4F89krQ/viewform 
Make sure you put in just "Wyewood" for Group camping with, and give me a heads up that you registered so I can confirm they have you with us.  The Emprise land-o-crats are then supposed to send me information on who else is camping in the group and assign us space needed for the group to camp together.  At great risk of incurring the wrath of Alianora, I would suggest padding your dimensions a little (not 100'x100' as Constantine so 'helpfully' suggested) to give us a little wiggle room.  Don't forget to request additional space for kitchen, day shade, etc. if you have.  I am requesting additional space for the Hanky & possibly one more day shade (Dragonwing is being borrowed by Madrone and so is not available for our encampment).  If day tripping to the event, you are more than welcome to come hang out in the Wyewood encampment.  If you have already preregistered, you can go back and edit if need to. 
I plan to check out from the Barony the Hanky, and the Baronial Pavilion for their Excellency's, as well as the Wyewood and Fyrd banners and poles.  I will also haul them there and back in my trailer. 
If there is a burn ban still in place at the time, I will be bringing my propane fire pit and torches.  If no burn ban, then I will be bringing my 32" wood fire pit and plenty of firewood. 
My plan, as of right now, is to get onsite early Friday afternoon, along with Constantine & Symonne, to start setting up.  And be there to finalize space arrangement of tents. 
I have asked Lady Symonne (and maybe Lady Sofia?) to coordinate and put on the famed Wyewood chocolate social for Saturday evening.  Because nothing lures into our Laire unwary travelers like the temptation of chocolate.  Snicker.  This will either be at the Baronial Pavilion or in camp, or maybe both.
