Hear Ye! Unto our Southern Neighbors!
On April 1st the Madrone Culinary Guild will serve
"A Banquet of the Netherlands"

First Course:
Pypesen - Cheese crackers
Quecruyt - Quince paste
Eyeren diemen vult neempt eyer - Stuffed eggs with crisp apple

Second Course:
Soppen van poereen - Peas porridge Hot
Enjunen metter commineyen – Onions in Cumin Sauce
Rintvleesch pasteyen - Beef & cheese pies
Tgheroone - Salad

Third Course:
Case - Cheese
Totten schaepsbuelingen - Fine mutton sausages
Gaverij – Wheatberries steeped in cream and saffron
Puereye de priorij - Fresh peas from the priory

Dessert:
Eyerwafelen nemt sneeu - Wafers with snow
Venckeltaert - Apple pie
Vladen van keersen - Cherry tart

As it is April 1st, there will be "misdirection" fun throughout the day in
the form of a "Pas de Faux" and other entertainments!

Seating is by pre-reg only, which is closing soon!

How does one make reservations for the feast, you ask?

Simply send the following to:

** SCA & Modern names
** number of adults
** number of children
** membership numbers / expiration dates for all in your party
** any dietary restrictions

And, mail your payment to:

Feast Fee:
$30 per adult, $20 per child.  (This includes your entry to the site)
No NMS for the feast fee.

NOTE: Your registration is not complete until your funds have been received
by our Registration Steward.

Please make all checks payable to "SCA, Inc, Barony of Madrone"


If you want to come for the day's entertainments but do not wish to attend
the feast, the fee at the door will be $15.00 (with a $5.00 discount for
members).

Please note that there will be NO OFF BOARD SEATING at this event.
Attendance at the feast is limited.
