[Wyewood] This Tuesday - Wyewood in the Park/FCS

Greetings to the Populace,

*This Tuesday is Wyewood in the Park!*
Please join us!

Tourney season is approaching!
Lady Emma here and I am excited to announce that....
*"Wyewood in the Park"* is returning Tuesday, June 27th
at Van Doren's Landing Park in Kent!
6pm - 9pm

*To kick this off ...*
We will have a traditional *Wyewood Chocolate Social.*
*Bring your favorite Chocolate in any form to share!*

*To add to that...*
*Siege Rocks you say? Crossbows?*
A certain Viking and a Wyewood Fighter is willing to have the Populace try
these war items and shoot at them! *Shooting at Live Fighters!* How fun is
that?!  We encourage any fighters from around the area to armor up and come
have some fun.

*Other activities...*
This is just like a typical Full Contact Social but outdoors in a Park.
You can bring projects you are working on, discuss events, bring the kiddos
to play on the swingset.
If coming from work, bring some food to munch on (there are bbq pits) - or
just come to hang out. :)
If heavy/rapier fighters want to come and have a practice - that would be
wonderful.

At this Wyewood in the Park, I would like to encourage those to dress in
garb.
But please know - you don't have too.
If you can - do what you can... dressing in garb, it is an "attempt" to
pre-1600 clothing.
If you just have a tunic and jeans, its a tunic and jeans :)
Again, not a requirement - but adds to the atmosphere & fun.

With any park, we have to land rush, claim territory!
I am planning to go a little early to help in this cause.
