Wyewood 2017 Champions 

Lunch Menu and Ingredients 



Cold Lentil Salad 

Lentils, cooked with onions and dressed with cumin, cinnamon, coriander, parsley, mint, sage, olive oil, must (reduced wine), red wine vinegar, gluten free breadcrumbs 



Oven Roasted Vegetables 

Oven roasted zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, turnips and onions, in vinaigrette of red wine vinegar, olive oil, grains of paradise cumin and oregano 



Greens with Simple Dressing 

Spinach, kale, and chard, with parsley, pomegranate syrup, red wine vinegar, and olive oil, grains of paradise 



Melon Salad 

Watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, with honey, mint, cinnamon 



Bread Rolls Stuffed with Spiced Beef 

Rolls filled with beef, turnips, currants, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, allspice, cloves, bay, tarragon, grains of paradise 



Saffron Bread Rolls Stuffed with Farmer’s Cheese 

Rolls scented with saffron, and filled with farmer’s cheese, cumin, coriander, onions, 



Bread Rolls Unstuffed 



Parsley and Mint Sauce for any of the above 



Herbed Farmer’s Cheese Spread 



Whey Lemonade 

Whey, lemon juice and zest, honey and mint 







There will be no gluten free bread provided – feel free to bring your own! Clearly the rolls have gluten. The salads, the parsley mint sauce and cheese are all gluten free.
