[Wyewood] Assistance at Twelfth Night

This event is getting closer and closer. I have a few more requests for the Barony.

• Food is not allowed in the meeting rooms, but Wyewood will have a hotel room near the Olympic Meeting Rooms that can be used as a hospitality suite for the Barony and volunteers! Please bring food items to share – we will be open on Friday and Saturday evenings. If you are interested in being a host in this area, please let me know.
• I need cork boards. If you have a large one (at least 2’ x 3’) may I borrow it? Please have it labeled on the back so we know to whom it should be returned. It can either be dropped off at my house this weekend during SCA Sewing time or brought to the event on Friday.
• Volunteers are needed for cleanup on Sunday. Please meet in the lobby at 10 am to check-in and see what there is to be done.
