[Wyewood] Barons event progress for the next block of time

As the winter Holidays are over, and the tourney season soon to start, do we want to re-instate the Retinue meetings? Also, is the 4th Tuesday still good for folks? Kate McClure Whatever does not kill me had better run damn fast.
