Subject: [Wyewood] Need more Gate volunteers - Twelfth Night 2017

Greetings Wyewood:
Twelfth Night 2017 is fast approaching, but there is still a great need for volunteers to work Gate.  Many thanks to those that have already stepped forward to help with this important task, but we need more heads for this event.
Gate hours:Friday: 12PM - 12AMSaturday: 8AM - Start of Court (TBD)
Each gate shift will be a duration of two hours.  We ask that you show up a few minutes before your shift to ready your paperwork and check-in with the gate captain on shift for any other updates.  Please indicate if you have a specific day your prefer to work, or if you have certain hours you can (or cannot) work.  Remember that gate staff must have a current SCA membership in order to handle Society funds.
