[Wyewood] A&S Schedule and details

The A&S details and schedule for Champions: 

Set up begins at 9:00, I shall need willing bodies to assist with setting up a brand new Costco pavilion; tables; Judges Day Pavilion; & such .... [Note: Having a ten pound lifting restriction is not a happy thing]

There will  be separate space for displays. (Is there an extra 10x10 pavilion we could use for displays?)

First Court at 10:00, each contender presents themselves to their Excellencies and the populace.

Each contender will have a separate table.

Between 10:00 and Noon, the populace is invited and encouraged to view the displays and talk with the entrants. 

11:00 Judges and student judges will meet in the purple judges pavilion

Noon-ish, the judging begins. Each entrant will have a half hour for presentation, after which the judges will meet for about 20 minutes.

Closing court at 4:00, the new Arts & Sciences Champion shall be announced
