[Wyewood] 12th night 2017 - request for team leads

Greetings Wyewood,


As you know, our bid was accepted to host 12th Night 2017. Yes, this is many months away, but there are things to begin (thinking about) doing now. 


If you are interested on being on the event team, I would like to hear from you. Please send me an email and tell me what you’re interested in.

Is there a team that you want to lead? 


Is there something that you want to learn how to do and would like to be paired with a more experienced leader?


is there something that you think should happen at 12th Night 2017 that you want to organize or help organize?


Is there things that have always bothered you about Twelfth Night that you want to make sure doesn't happen at this one?


Do you have no idea what I’m talking about but just want to be in on the fun?



For any of these, please send an email to my personal address (debra.greywolf at gmail.com). Let me know about the specific item plus any relevant experience that you already have (professional, personal, volunteer, SCA, whatever), any solid plans and crazy ideas that you want to try out.


Specific teams/positions to consider are: running gate, arranging merchants, royal liaison, contest coordinator, media relations, party planner, host, information booth….



I won’t begin assigning Team Leaders until after the new year, but would love to hear from you now!
