Maura, the 4th Wednesday in September falls on the 23rd, and is three days before Arts Unframed.



I would like to propose having culinary at my home this month, and that we work on the lunch for Unframed.  The plan for the evening would be making a fresh cheese, making one of the two soups, and rolling mini meatballs for the other (I will have the chicken ready for the meatballs).



Let me know if this works for all, and who would like to come.
