At the FCS last evening, a few of us cloistered together in a secretive and
conspiratorial manner to ponder grand and devious machinations.  Oh, wait,
that isn't entirely correct. More accurately, there was quiet discussion
about the possibility of establishing a Baronial Guild. Wye? Well I'm glad
you asked. 

The grand advantage of your query is that if provides the perfect
opportunity to ask: What are the requirements to establish a Baronial Guild?
How many people are needed, and all such other questions as might be posed?
