The Motzerella didn't really come together into a bal...
The cheese we took home was put into a water bath and it did form into a
nice ball of cheese. The outside just looked crumbly.
Made great philly steak sandwiches and we learned a great deal about the
trials of making cheese.

PS: We learned to also buy Feast tickets early too! And there are some
good ones being planned
