Greeting you at your table: 

Soft cheeses, herbed and garlic 

Seasoned olives 

Herbed white bean spread 

Freshly cooked flatbread 



For the first course: 

Roast goat leg with minty jurvert sauce and fig and wine sauce 

Herbed lentils 

Fresh spinach with fennel and herbs 



For the second course: 

Roast chicken with rice stuffing, and lemon sauce and raisin and pomegranate sauce 

Rice with lemon and mint 

Cooked eggplant with yoghurt 



For the third course: 

Pork sausage with roasted grapes and wine sauce 

Stirred millet with cheese 



For the dessert course: 

Fried nut-filled crepes with wine and honey sauce 

Rice pudding with roasted fruit 

Candied almonds
