[Wyewood] Award recommendations

It was brought to us as a specific question- can spouses recommend their 
spouse?

Yes, absolutely.

We will put more weight on personal observation, and be pickier about 
specific observation.

A member of the barony wrote a great letter about her spouse, and 
specifically named publicaly verifiable standings ans scores, what he 
had done to learn the art, and specific instances of service.

But at the end of the day, a spouse knows their spouse beswt, and is a 
great person to make a recommendation.
