[Wyewood] Needed Equipment for Champions

Greetings - 
As Champions nears we need to fill some needs for shade, sitting, and water! If you have a pop-up, extra chairs, and coolers full of ice and water, PLEASE bring them! BRING EVERYTHING YOU HAVE, PLEASE! 
We specifically need: 
GATE - Another (1) pop-up, 2 or 3 chairs, a cooler with ice and water. 
LISTS - Chairs, a cooler full of ice and water 
Archery - 2 or 3 additional pop-ups, chairs and additional tables 
Thrown Weapons - 1 additional pop-up, cooler full of ice and water, chairs 
B&B - Cooler full of water and ice. 

Wyewood only owns 4 tables and two pop-ups, we (Don Donatello and I) have one pop-up so these are all allocated. We need at least 10 tables for the feast and a minimum 5 more pop-ups/hankies or day shades! We also need at least 5 coolers with water and ice. 

Please respond to this email and let me know what you can bring so I can allocate it on my map.

Tymme/Evrard - do you need anything from me? (I have you down for 1 Wye pop-up, 1 table, 1 Wye water cooler) 
Claw/Emma - I talked to Giovanni this weekend, is there anything else you need? (I have you down for 1 Wye pop-up, 1 Wye table) 
Constantine - do you need anything from me? (list/erics have 1 Wye pop-up, 1 Wye table, the hanky, and 1 Wye water cooler) 
Feast - Sophia/Symonne - do you need anything from me? (I have you down for the dragon wing) 
Isadora - I have your list of things you need, is there anything else you need? (You get our pop-up, 1 Wye table, 1 Wye water cooler) 
A&S - I think you have everything you need? 
Games - I think you have everything? 
B&B - I think you have everything? 




We also need a couple of people with trucks/vans to meet us at storage after work on Friday night around 7pm. Robert? Vilda? Anyone? Don Donatello and I can't fit all the stuff in our truck :-)
