<p class="MsoNormal">You may remember that at the February business meeting I announced that the kingdom is providing outlook based accounts for all of the officers within the kingdom. I will soon be sending the instructions to you individually with regards
to how to setup your access to this email account.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This entire process is happening so that when the role of Officer goes from one person to another we do not loose all of the past correspondences and files (reports, etc).

<p class="MsoNormal">I am setting up file shares so that the Officer emails will have view access to most of the Seneschal’s files and ask that you share out your files with me as well. I do have professional experience in setting up customers with this service,
so please contact me with any questions or issues about this. For our techies out there, while I do have permissions to setup Share Point sites, I am not doing that at this stage and there is no push by the antir web team to do so.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Geoffrey, this will require changing the links for the Officers email list and on the website. I trust that you know what to do about this aspect of it all.</p>
