Since this would be the beginning of Geoffrey’s term, this is the right time to do it if we want to shift it to a deputy position. I can see an argument for both being an full officer and for simply being a deputy. Not managing a budget swings it towards deputy in my opinion, however I don’t have an issue with it continuing as an officer position. However, Appendix B of the Wyewood Customary lists Web Minister along with the other office positions implying that it would go through the process. I should have been more public about what was going on; here is my recollection of the events<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><br>April – Isadora announces at the business meeting that she is stepping down.<br>May – I was not in attendance and Ameline covered the meeting for me; my notes to her prior to the meeting indicate the need for a Web Minister. <br>June – I announced at the meeting that we needed a Web Minister, Geoffrey expressed an interest, and those in attendance thought it was a good idea.<br>July – Geoffrey sent a message to Their Excellencies and myself about his interest and experience. We spoke, decided it was a good idea and announced his acceptance at the meeting.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>So, now what do we do?
