<p class="MsoNormal">Please send in your officer report by Thursday evening. I request that you send it to this email group so that all of the officers may see it and be prepared with any questions prior to the business meeting.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Sending it in via email also makes it so that your report is included with the Chronicler’s meeting minutes.</p>
