<p dir="ltr">As you can read below, Madrone would like to use the Southcenter Doubletree for 2018 Kingdom Arts & Sciences and Bardic Championships. </p>
<p dir="ltr">I see no problem with allowing this use of our lands.  Does anyone have a reason to deny this request?  I will be responding to Lady Gera by 5 pm this Friday.</p>

<p dir="ltr">The Barony of Madrone is exploring the possibility of submitting a bid to host Kingdom Arts, Sciences and Bardic in March 2018. The talented Lady Luaithrend is leading that endeavor. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Although we are exploring local options, our Baronial lands are limited and quite expensive. We are interested in approaching the Southcenter Doubletree, located across our boundary and within the fair Barony of Wyewood, as a venue for this event. Would you be willing to grant us permission to approach that venue, and potentially host such a glorious Kingdom event on Wyewood lands? </p>
<p dir="ltr">Please know that our proposed incursion is entirely passing and peaceable, and for the good of the Kingdom. </p>
