<div>We will be meeting at 7pm tonight to discuss the Arts and Sciences Officer position.</div>

<div>Lady Jorunn Aslaksdotter had expressed interest in being the A&S Officer, but would only be able to hold the position for a single year. She did state that if we required a two year commitment that she would step aside for another candidate.</div>

<div>We then received a submission by Lady Constantia in der Lachun. I believe when Constantia submitted her request that Jorunn retracted hers. If Jorunn is present at the beginning of the meeting I would like to verify if she is still interested or has indeed retracted her application.</div>
