[Officers] Tonight’s meeting

Greetings Your Excellencies and Officers, 

Long, read if can, 
As most know, I can’t be there tonight to take notes. A family celebration of life is tmw out of town. 

Sara and Gwir volunteered (thank you) to take notes if no other populace steps up to volunteer to simply take notes .. I find a little sad, but understand so many people are busy (summer/life) or just don’t want to commit. 

A lot of important and fun things happening in the Barony in a short amount of time but yet so MANY focused on the little petty things that kills the spirit of the game and you can visually see so many trying to refocus positiveness to hide the behind-the-scenes bickering (but I get both sides when you put a lot of passion into what you do..feelings get negative towards others but wow, it’s tiring to see, to read, to hear)

Still missing A LOT of reports,  even though asked to get before Weds (but again - I get why not reported and i can have a lot of understanding) 

I am going to try really hard to get “some what” of an agenda out before meeting so we look somewhat organized to the populace and possible newcomers even though maybe not a big deal to most to have an agenda, but I will try.  (And it is not just about giving the report vocally at meeting) 

I apologize if my tone may show frustration, it’s there .. but again, as my own life schedule is short on time - I have understanding that yours does too. 

Have a great meeting and my hopes that positiveness shines through tonight and that truly, we all remember that we have the same goal - have fun and collectively put on the best version of all our talents and play the game.
