[Officers] Pursuivant report

One on one consulting is still happening.  
We have a great event and had awesome people step up to herald court.
Awards granted have been added to the Order of Precedence.  The court report
will be out soon.  
I'm still monitoring Wyewoodian submissions at Society Level.
