[Officers] officer's swearing in ceremony for champions

Officers who have recently stepped up and who have not yet sworn an oath of
service, 
Could you please bring your Officer's baldric to Champions so that we can
use them in the official swearing in ceremony?  I'm not certain if this will
take place in morning or evening court.  If you don't have it, don't worry,
it just makes more sense if they are present.
