[Officers] Chatelaine, Deputy A&S, Arts Unframed Reports April 2018

Good day,

Wyewood Chatelaine has little to report just now.

Immediate project:  Working on ordering Chatelaine business cards, as voted
on at last month's meeting.

Ongoing: Introducing self and enacting the responsibility of Chatelaine at
fight practices, events, Blatha an Oir's recent Rose Tourney demo, and
whenever interest is piqued (i.e., the fabric store).
Found a recently returned Scadian by way of buying something on Craigslist;
she now has my contact info, should she want to play with Wyewood.

Near-Future project, in conjunction with my position as Deputy A&S
Minister:  I have several largesse projects that I hope to develop team
efforts for.

Also, on the A&S end:  April Fiber Night did not go as planned on 4/4/18,
due to ill health on my end, but I hosted a Fiber Night on 4/18/18 that was
quite enjoyable, with a total attendance of 6 people.

Arts Unframed:  I now have the relevant paperwork for the use of Kentridge
High, and will need to obtain a copy of the insurance certificate.  I
intend to obtain a check for that from the Exchequer at this Friday's
meeting.  Once I have insurance copy, the paperwork can be submitted to
Kentridge.  The approval of that will put Arts Unframed officially on the
calendar, and planning can move forward from there.
