-Please send an email to me, Their Excellencies and the Exchequer saying that you want to Chamberlain. You're already starting the job and might as well have the title. Note: Membership is required for the Chamberlain as it has responsibility over stuff. Really, I shouldn't have given you the stuff from the storage shed without verifying your membership (bad Liadain).
-Want to meet at the storage shed on Saturday to put in the shelves?
- I have extra ratchet straps that I don't need. Actually, we have lots of extra wood, drill bits, etc that you might be interested in. If you're going to meeting on Friday, why not swing by my place before hand?

I've worked out an estimate for more Armorial hangers.
About $180.
This is cutting 12 each 16" round bases out of a sheet of 3/4" ACX plywood.  Using the remaining portion to reinforce and finish the bench seat option for the thrones.  Plus some 8' 1x6s for single sockets on the new bases (the previous ones were double socket).
Converting all of the 2x2s to pins on top, instead of bolt through.
Adding 19 more 2x2s (so all sockets have a 2x2) and 12 more conduit hangers.

I have plenty of screws to use and Evrard donated black stain.  So no cost for those components.
I do not have any caps on the top at this time to reinforce the 2x2s top pins.  Not sure that is necessary for the Armorials.  To add those I need to source some 1-1/2" copper pipe end caps.

If I get started now I might be able to have more hangers ready (built, maybe stained) in time for Arts Unframed.

Next consideration is how to better store and transport the bases.  Plastic Totes?  Baronial trailer?  =v)~
I'm thinking we should buy some ratchet straps for the 2x2s, similar to how the current pavilion poles are bundled.

NOTE: We had discussed moving this month’s meeting to the 29th because many were going to be in Cle Elum for the Emprise. With that event’s cancellation (and Arts Unframed on the 30th), we will be keeping our original meeting date.
