Business Meeting                    Barony of Wyewood                      October 27, 2017

Seneschal
Liadain


·         Seeking a deputy Seneschal – contact Liadain.

·         Quarterly reports are being sent to kingdom officers.

Exchequer
Sofia


·         Rasmus is the new Chambelain.

·         We have an application for Exchequer! Lady Liadain will send out the letter of intent and resumes to the email list for comment.

Herald
Avine


·         We had one name pass on the latest letter.  “Robert Trinitie” name change from “Robert de la Trinitie”.

·         Still consulting via email and FaceBook.

Arts and Sciences
Constantia


·         Seeking a deputy for A&S – please contact Constantia

·         We have had one sewing needle injury, but no report necessary.

·         Aurora taught a largess class about felted dragons; she will be teaching more classes in the future. These will be advertised to the email list – stay tuned.

Chatelaine


·         Alamanda has stepped down and we are in need of a Chatelaine

·         We have a request for a demo. Is anyone available?

Chronicler
Emma Barrington


·         Liadain will be working with Emma this month to get her setup as the new Chronicler for Wyewood.

Archery and
Thrown Weapons
Tymme


·         Archery and thrown weapons are still happening.

·         I worked with Geoffrey and we figured out how much he needs to spend and how much that leaves me.  I’ve bought 2 tarps and need to buy 1 more, plus we need target faces, so I’m hoping to have enough left to buy some.

Rapier

·         While I have been practicing for Gallant trials, Donatello has been running practice.

·         We have a new Gallant (me).

Baronage
Alessandra / Evrard


·         Lady Alamanda has stepped down and we are seeking someone to be in charge of the various scribal items needed by Their Excellencies.


Events and Other Business
9/30 Arts Unframed Escarlamonde


·         The event was successful. The final check was written to the school this evening and will be delivered next week.

2/17 St Bubba’s
Gwir


·         Copy has been submitted to the Crier, Kingdom calendar has been updated, and the Website is updated. Next up: fliers, registration and finalizing the menu.




·         If you are interested in being an Event Steward, please talk to one of the Officers.


Announcements



·         November’s social may be moved to November 17th – stay tuned to the email list for an official announcement.

·         The Friday after Thanksgiving, Liadain and Ramon are hosting “Projects and Pie”. Come over, bring a project and eat some pie 😉
