[Officers] Rapier report for the month

Not much going on.  Been kind of stuck at home studying for trials.  Practice has happened because of Donatello. We have a new Gallant for wyewood.  Collegium is coming up for everyone to go enjoy and take classes.  I will be teaching a class and so will Donatello in the rapier track.  Have had a decent turn out at Practice, need to find out what happened to a few to get the practice larger.  My quarterly was turned in.  Everything else is going good.
