[Officers] Family Activities Deputy

Officers,

This is to formalize something that was managed this summer by Their Excellencies. I will also have this announced at the next business meeting and put into the distributed meeting minutes.

The placement of this deputy has lacked the transparency and discussion process that I am committed to having within the Barony. If you have any concerns about the placement of this individual or the process that led to this, please let me know.

Aurora Prindel has taken on the role of Youth and Family Activities (YAFA) coordinator within the Barony. This is not an officer position, but it does have certain requirements as defined the Corpora and Kingdom Law. This will be considered a deputy position under the Baronial Seneschal. As a deputy, Aurora will be added to the Officers email list and her input will be welcome on matters of event bids, officer applications, etc. As a Deputy, Aurora will not have a vote on the Wyewood Council.
