[Officers] Please send in your reports

Greetings All!

Please send in your officer report by Thursday evening. I request that you send it to this email group so that all of the officers may see it and be prepared with any questions prior to the business meeting.

Sending it in via email also makes it so that your report is included with the Chronicler’s meeting minutes.

I will not be at the meeting and it will be run by Lady Ameline in my absence.

As I mentioned in a separate email, I need officer volunteers to open/close the church for FCS. Thank you to Lady Constantia for scheduling herself for later this year 😉 Who is available for June? You would take the key after Friday’s business meeting and I will provide instructions to you prior to the June FCS.
