[Officers] FCS - who can open the door?

Greetings to the Officers of Wyewood!

As you know, we have two activities per month that take place at United Christian Church.
One is the business meeting which occurs on the 4th Friday of the month. The other is the Full Contact Social on the 2nd Friday. I am available and responsible for getting us into and out of the building for the business meetings. I am not available for the Full Contact Socials. Therefore, we need one of two things:


  *   A single officer who will take on this responsibility for all of the months OR
  *   We rotate through the officers as to who will manage this each month

What does this job entail:

  *   Keeping ownership of a key to the premise (if we do option #2, the key will be handed off at the business meeting)
  *   Unlocking the doors by 7pm – turning oft the alarm - turning on the lights – turning up the thermostat
  *   At 9m, returning the church to its state when you arrived – putting away tables, turning off lights, locking the doors, setting the alarm
If you are interested on taking on this responsibility full time or have a specific month for which you are volunteering, let me know. Due to the nature of this position (keys and alarms), it needs to be a current officer. I will be managing this for May (tonight) but am not available after that.
