[Officers] Madrone requesting permission to use our lands.

We should assist our neighbors again by giving permission to have them host
Emprise at Reber.
They welcomed us with open arms when we were stepping up last year and it
would only be fitting to help as we can.

I'm am also comfortable with the profit sharing as I am sure we would offer
the same were the situation reversed.
