I am in favor of this bid, using the pricing model of $12 adult gate (plus NMR) and $8 for feast... I will leave the schedule comments with those with a stake in same!

We have received an event bid for St. Bubba’s Feast! Please review this bid and respond with any questions, comments, concerns, etc. 

The intention of having this reviewed by the officers is so the event can be successful; while each event does have an Event Steward, it is a Wyewood event as up to all of us to have it run well. 



The plan is to have this presented to the populace prior to the August meeting and a decision made about the event at the meeting.

The plan: 

Starting out with a goal of 50 feast slots with the potential of expanding up to 75, plus off-board seating. Preregistration for the feast will close two weeks before the event. The head cook will decide at that time if any seats will be available at the door. We would like to have another lunch by donation and a dessert auction. There will also be a rapier prize tourney and would like there to be another storytelling competition. We can also possibly have another brewing contest.

11:30 Welcome court 

12:00 Games class (games available until court) 

12:00 Lunch by donation 

1:00 – 2:30ish Rapier tourney 

2:00 SCA 101 class 

3:00 – 4:30 Dancing 

5:00 – 6:30ish Court 

7:00 – 9:00ish Feast and storytelling competition 

11:00ish Off site 



We technically have the site until 1 AM.
