[Officers] Chief Archer report

Archery continues to be well attended, with 15+ regularly attending (often
reaching 20+).  No new broken equipment since I broke my 7th and 8th
crossbow prods.  Some range maintenance has been done.  Kurt came out and
mowed the range for us for the event (touch ups needed).Thrown weapons has
been happening thanks to Geoffrey.
