I am not scheduled to be at the meeting next week and it will be run by Her Excellency.


  *   Please send your reports to the Officers list by Thursday.
  *   Mistress Sara is scheduled to address the populace about her application for Exchequer; we will meet as officers about this prior to the January meeting.
  *   We have a bid for Arts Unframed which will be presented at the meeting
  *   If there is anything other than those items and officer reports that you want to make sure is covered at the meeting, please send me a message by Thursday.


SPECIAL NOTE:
